Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-oriented and results-driven “Solution Implementation Consultant” to join our expanding team. What we expect:
- Providing solution design for Knovvu platform and applications such as Knovvu Conversational Analytics, Knovvu AQM (Automated Quality Management), Knovvu RTG (Real Time Guidance), Knovvu Virtual Agent, and Knovvu Voice Biometrics, throughout the whole delivery process.
- Design chat-bot dialog flows and scripts to enhance user interaction and experience.
- Providing support in the preparation of different language supports (etc. creating pre-built flows/reports and contributing to the preparation of user manuals or technical documents)
- Conducting business and technical training as part of the consultancy process, ensuring clients understand and leverage the Knovvu platform effectively.
- Working as the main point of contact from a delivery perspective, managing communication between the client and the engineering team.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for clients to the Knovvu platform, ensuring they achieve maximum value and satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the engineering team to ensure that implementations are effective, accurate, and safe.
- Leading customer program teams through multi-phase implementations, including business discovery, technical setup, and user training.
- Analyzing detailed business and technical demands of customers and contribute to the design and deployment for the solutions.
- Providing consultancy in Presales processes when needed
- Providing insights / feedback to Product Management team about the emerging customer needs that can be added to the product roadmap as new product features or improvements
- Having technical know how about products, topology, working on integration/API, debugging, SQL or reporting tools,
- Creating success stories with clients about Sestek products
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an engineering field is preferred.
- Proficiency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
- Experience of at least 2 years working as a part of delivery process or in another client-facing position in a software company.
- Experience with call centers or customer service, especially in the hospitality, banking, telecom, healthcare or insurance industries is a plus.
- Experience with Speech Analytics, Conversational AI, and Virtual Agent platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of Large Language Model (LLM) technology.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, data analysis, SQL, and API integration methods.
- Familiarity with Power BI and/or Tableau for data visualization, and diagramming tools like Visio or Draw.io.
- Strong customer orientation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Coding skills in C# is a plus
